Bugbee & Conkle, LLP will host a seminar March 12, 2009, at the Holiday Inn French Quarter Hotel, 10630 Fremont Pike, Perrysburg, OH 43551. Registration begins at 1:00 p.m. with the program running from 1:20 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. The seminar topics will include accident investigation and its importance to defending OSHA, VSSR, intentional tort and workers' compensation claims, the 2009 FMLA changes, the proposed Employee Free Choice Act, E-discovery, and third party liability claims arising out of workplace accidents. Prior to the seminar, we will circulate to all attendees a hypothetical fact pattern from which these and other issues arise.
