Janelle M. Matuszak has practiced law with the firm since 2005. Ms. Matuszak concentrates her practice in representing the employers in the workers' compensation area, regularly appearing before hearing officers and boards of the Industrial Commission and Bureau of Workers' Compensation of Ohio. She also practices Collection Law, Family Law, and General Civil Litigation. She has experience in many areas of the law including Personal Injury, Employment, Contract, Business, Criminal, Juvenile and Estate and Probate Law. Ms. Matuszak has represented individuals and businesses in trial and appellate courts throughout Ohio

Ms. Matuszak earned her Bachelor of Education Degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Toledo in 1999 with a degree in Public Affairs and Paralegal Administration. She earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Toledo in 2002.
