Gregory B. Denny has practiced law with the firm continuously since 1974, concentrating his practice in all aspects of workers’ compensation and intentional tort law. Mr. Denny represents employers within the Industrial Commission and in trial and appellate courts throughout Ohio. Mr. Denny has spoken on workers’ compensation, safety, and intentional tort issues to employers, attorneys, and judges at conferences and seminars throughout the state. Mr. Denny is a member of the Northwest Ohio Self-Insurers Association where he is a three term past president and former trustee.

Mr. Denny attended Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with Honors, in 1970. Mr. Denny received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from The Ohio State University in 1973. Mr. Denny has been included in The Best Lawyers in America continuously since 1995 and for the last four years has been selected as an Ohio Super Lawyer by Cincinnati Magazine and Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine.

Mr. Denny is Chairman of the Toledo Bar Association’s Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee and is a member of the Continuing Care Services Board and Lenawee Long Term Care Board of the Pro-Medica Health System. Mr. Denny enjoys physical fitness, cooking, gardening, and traveling.
