Mark S. Barnes Top Fundraiser for Arthritis Foundation Event: Mark S. Barnes was the top fundraiser for the Northwest Ohio Arthritis Foundation's annual Jingle Bell Run, held December 4, 2010. Mr. Barnes raised over $1,500 and ran in the 5k race, which is a signature fundraising event for the Arthritis Foundation.
